Currently our online payment methods are American Express, Visa, and Mastercard credit and debit cards issued under the customer name and billing address. Our security system checks with your billing address on file with your card issuer bank. Our system does NOT accept any type of merchant gift card due to cards not issued to specific customer name and address.

MY ORDER FAILED, WHAT HAPPENS NOW...
Most failed orders are due to inaccurate credit card information. A Failed order is not a declined credit card. A declined credit card will not be captured as an order. Our system will capture your failed order and you will be contacted via email/phone within 24 hours. You may call 1.800.366.5299 if you need immediate assistance during regular business hours.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING/MAILING ADDRESS...

WHAT'S MY BALANCE ON MY ONLINE GIFT CARD...
Please visit "Manage Account" section on top navigation bar. Select "View Gift Certificate Balances" from list. This section only handles online gift cards (not physical gift cards). Physical gift card (in-store use) balance can be verified by call 1.800.366.5299 during normal Hauppauge NY store hours.

HOW CAN I GET A CURRENT L.U. CATALOG...
All retail locations stock our current catalog or Call 1.800.366.5299 and request a FREE catalog to be mailed. When you make a purchase from us, you are entered into our database for the upcoming November catalog. This website is the most up-to-date product information in lacrosse. We do not offer online catalog request to help reduce printing for the environment.

SALES TAX ON WEB ORDERS...
Lacrosse Unlimited currently charges sales tax according to state tax codes of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Products shipped to all other states are tax free. Tax rate is calculated in Suffolk County, New York. Tax is determined by Billing Address of order and not Shipping Address.

WARRANTY POLICY OF CUSTOM DYED & STRUNG HEADS....
Lacrosse Unlimited custom dyed and strung heads are covered by unstrung head limited warranty directly from head manufacturer. Please review warranty section (right-side nav bar) for information to return your broken head directly to manufacturer. If your dyed head breaks within 30 days from original purchase date, Lacrosse Unlimited will re-dye design and transfer stringing pocket to replacement head. Original receipt must be in your name with street address. Lacrosse Unlimited reserves the right to decline above due to excessive abuse of custom head.
