What a weekend it was for us! We hope you rolled with our picks because we are starting to get hot baby. That’s right, our record for this week was 4-1, and we also cashed in on our Always Custom Parlay big time. That is going to bring our overall record to 13-9; a huge improvement from 9-8 as we came into this week.  All the stars aligned for us in Fairfield this weekend, and we plan to continue raking in Ws as the league heads down to Dallas, Texas for Week 8.

Archers vs Atlas (+1.5, O/U 25.5) Saturday July 30th 2pm ESPN

Pick: Over 25.5

26 goals on paper is a lot, but when you think about it, we only need a 13-13 game to cash in. We think it will happen with these 2 powerhouse offenses. What a game this is going to be, and it’s streaming for a national audience on ESPN. Grant Ament made his return against the Cannons last week. It was his first game this season, and it took a little bit for him to shake the rust off. The Archers were trying to force the offense through him a little too much, but they started to figure it out and should be good to go this weekend. The Atlas offense is starting to look like what the Archers offense should: unstoppable. Both teams scored 15+ goals last week. This is hot out of the oven, smelling like an easy over bet. Baptiste injured, and Inacio hasn’t done so great, which means the ball will be going both ways with the face-offs. Both offenses overpower their opponents’ defense, so we feel strongly about this pick and hope you ride with us.

Whipsnakes vs Chrome (+1.5, O/U 23.5) Saturday July 30th 4:30pm ESPN+

Pick: Whipsnakes ML

This game is going to be a war. The Chrome are coming off a tough overtime loss to the Waterdogs, and the Whipsnakes escaped with a win against the Chaos. It feels like the Chrome are still trying to find their grip on where they stand compared to other teams, and this is another test. Whipsnakes ML is the move this weekend again. They are still the dominant typical Whipsnakes squad, and we’re not convinced the Chrome are ready to stop them yet.

Waterdogs vs Cannons (+1.5 O/U 24.5) Sunday July 31st 1pm ESPN+

Pick: Cannons +1.5

This game is going to be interesting to say the least. The Cannons attack has an advantage over the Waterdogs defense. Lyle Thompson and Asher Nolting should have their way in their matchups. But, the Waterdogs have been clicking nicely as the season progresses. Kieran McArdle has been leading the dogs to victory the last couple of weeks. The Cannons might be 1-5 but they can hold their own, book ‘em +1.5.

Redwoods vs Chaos (+1.5, O/U 23.5) Sunday July 31st 3:30pm ESPN+

Pick: Under 23.5

Two of the bottom three teams in the league are squaring off to end the weekend. This should play into our last game of the weekend under quite smoothly. Both of these teams are bottom two in scoring. They are actually tied with 61 goals each. The Chaos looked in sync this past weekend though, as did the Redwoods. Both teams were close to winning, but not close enough. We think the Chaos are going to take the win from the Redwoods, and the under hits. We’re going to see the defense buckle down and really challenge the offensive guys to win their matchups, which will slow down the pace of the game and keep points off the board. If you are looking for a side to take, don’t overlook the Chaos ruining the Redwoods hopeful two-game winning streak.

Archers vs Atlas Over 25.5| Whipsnakes ML| Waterdogs vs Cannons Over 24.5|Redwoods vs Chaos Under 23.5

We finally cashed in on our Always Custom Parlay last week, and we’re looking to repeat. Say a prayer and cross your fingers, and let’s make some money. We kept it the same for the most part, but there are some tweaks. We substituted the Cannons spread and added in the over 24.5. These teams aren’t great defensively, and if they can get the game moving up and down we can see some high scores from these teams. Other than that we are sticking to the game plan and looking for another great week! Best of luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
