We hope you took the lineup we gave you for week 2 because those guys balled out. Your lineup would have totaled 108 points! Our squad was led by Trevor Baptiste scoring 34 points and Teat getting 22. We want to see what lineups you can build to take us down.

Time to pick another winning squad for you guys!

Attack

Chris Gray, Atlas Tier 1

We’re going with our UNLTD athlete for our attackman this week. The Atlas play the Whipsnakes this week, who have a very solid defensive core – but you can make the argument that the Atlas are going to be their first “real competition”.  They blew out the Redwoods week 1, and week 2 they doubled up the Cannons who were missing Lyle Thompson. We think the Whipsnakes will focus a lot on Teat, which is going to give Gray some more room to operate and tally up points for us.

Midfield

Zach Currier, Waterdogs Tier 3

The midfield was a tricky decision so we left this one for last when going through the lineup. We’re not mad with Currier being our midfielder at all. He is a “do-it-all” kind of guy, who is going to have to do just that if they want to keep it close with the Chrome Friday. He’s got three goals and 10 groundballs so far this season, and we think Currier carries some great value for this game, and for our Player Royale squad.

Defense

Graeme Hossack, Archers Tier 2

We think Hossack has a huge game this week against the Waterdogs. Hossack going against Sowers is going to be a great matchup to watch, but we expect Hossack to win this matchup. He’s got just 1 caused turnover with 9 groundballs – but as he keys in on the Waterdogs number 1 guy, the volume for more CT and GB opportunities will be there. This is our fringe pick that really could go either way, but we’re anticipating a big week and don’t expect Hossack to disappoint.

Face-off

Connor Farrell, Chrome Tier 2

This weekend is a homecoming weekend for many players, and Connor Farrell is included in that group. Farrell’s opponent, Jake Withers, has not fared well at the X this year, siting at 47% on face-offs. Farrell is currently in third place with 63%. Everything is lined up for Connor Farrell to have a great home weekend, he just has to perform as he has been.

Goalie

Sean Sconone, Chrome Tier 1

The offensive players in the PLL are still trying to figure out Sean Sconone. He has been a brick wall all year long and no one can get past him. Sconone is another player heading home for the weekend. He had an insane game last week, saving 70% of the shots that came to him, and we’re expecting to see more of the same from Sconone.
