We are back folks! The PLL is starting the second half of its season in Connecticut this weekend. We definitely won’t see similar numbers to what we saw in the All-Star Game, but we will be treated with some great games. Let’s make sure you have the key players to come out on top of your player royale!

Attack: Matt Rambo, Whipsnakes Tier 2

Everyone is aware that Rambo is one of the best players in the world right now. So why not take the value of Rambo being gifted to us as a tier 2 player. The Whips are playing Chaos this weekend who are tied for last right now. Rambo leads the offensive charge for the Whipsnakes and we are expecting to see a refreshed Whips squad to go out and dominate this weekend. Rambo will be an integral part of their performance.

Midfield: Zach Currier, Waterdogs Tier 2

Currier has been having a solid year so far, he isn’t playing out of this world or bad. He has just been solid. He was flying around in the All-Star Game and we anticipate he will bring more of that energy into this weekend. He poses great value in tier 2.

Defense: Danny Logan, Atlas Tier 1

Danny Logan is having an incredible season so far. He’s got 7 points with a 1 point goal, two 2-point goals, and 2 assists. On top of that, he has 9 groundballs and 5 caused turnovers. Logan is filling up the stat sheet and doesn’t care how it gets done. The Atlas are playing the Redwoods this weekend, who have been struggling offensively. Jules Heningburg and Myles jones are their only middies in double digit points. With that, we like the Danny Logan vs Redwoods midfielders matchup to let him rack up some of those points we need in player royale.

Faceoff: Connor Farrell, Chrome, Tier 1

Taking a look at the games, we wanted to grab Joe Nardella going up against the Chaos, but you can’t complain about Connor Farrell - especially when the Waterdogs have statically the worst face-off team in the league. Farrell has been great all year, and should be no different against the Waterdogs.

Goalie: Sean Sconone, Chrome Tier 3

Another gift from the PLL with Sconone being tier 3 this week. You’re going to give us an All-Star goalie as tier 3? Let’s do it then. Chrome take on the Waterdogs again after a previous shootout. The second matchup is always more tight as both teams come into the game with a better understanding of their opponent. We see Sconone locking in and racking up the saves this week.
