Do You Offer Mail-In Stringing?
Yes! If you want a restring but aren’t ready to part with your favorite head, you can mail it in for a fresh, professionally strung pocket. Every mail-in job receives the same high-level craftsmanship as our in-store and online orders.
What Does Skip the Line Mean?
Want your head strung faster?
Add Skip the Line at checkout for $30 and your order moves to the front of our stringing queue.
Note: Skip the Line speeds up production, not shipping. Your shipping method and delivery window remain the same.
Do You Offer Returns or Adjustments on Custom Stringing?
All custom-strung heads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each pocket is built specifically for your preferences, making it unique to you. If you need a small adjustment, contact us — we’re always happy to help guide you or discuss options.
