Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with a $9.99 return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error. Clearance items, custom products, and personalized gear are final sale, and online exchanges are not available. After 30 days, only the manufacturer warranty applies; defective products must be returned to the manufacturer with a valid receipt for assessment, repair, replacement, or substitution.
