"99. 9% of my orders from LU come in the mail with no issues. This sweatshirt was the exception. I purchased the lavender “segue, pipeline” hooded sweatshirt and the lettering of a few inches off center and slightly crooked. Probably just a human issue, but not worth paying $10 to send it back in an exchange :("
