We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. All Canadian orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Defective items must be returned directly to the manufacturer with a valid receipt for evaluation, repair, replacement, or substitution.
