SISU Mouthguards are known for their unmatched protection, comfort, cleanliness, and remoldability. Though it might not seem possible, we made an even better mouthguard! SISU Tether uses the newer SISU 3D design that improves on previous SISU models, and adds a number of new features:
- Pre-formed guard for an effortless, fast, fit and go shape.
- Includes a tether to attach mouthguard to helmet cage.
- The SISU Tether features a quick-release mechanism to ensure safety of the athlete in the case of a helmet-removing contact, or in case of training personnel assisting a downed player needing to remove the player's helmet.
- Variable material thickness to put protection where it is needed, and comfort where it is desired.

Shipping, Returns, & Warranty
Lacrosse Unlimited offers free ground shipping on online orders over $99 (after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, and oversized items). Custom helmets, heads, gloves, and apparel take 3–5 business days to process and cannot be canceled once in progress. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with a $9.99 return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error. Clearance items, custom products, and personalized gear are final sale, and online exchanges are not available. After 30 days, only the manufacturer warranty applies; defective products must be returned to the manufacturer with a valid receipt for assessment, repair, replacement, or substitution.
