Lacrosse Unlimited offers free ground shipping on online orders over $99 (after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, and oversized items). Custom helmets, heads, gloves, and apparel take 3–5 business days to process and cannot be canceled once in progress. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with a $9.99 return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error. Clearance items, custom products, and personalized gear are final sale, and online exchanges are not available.
