Sold in a pair, these practice balls are perfect for young players learning the game because they won't get hurt if they are hit with a ball, and can be used to train goalies in lower-impact scenarios. Still sturdy enough to have some weight to them, these practice balls can still be used to optimize throwing and catching fundamentals with a semi-realistic feel, but are lighter than an official lacrosse ball.
