Custom helmets, heads, gloves, and apparel take 3–5 business days to process and cannot be canceled once in progress. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with a $9.99 return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error. After 30 days, only the manufacturer warranty applies; defective products must be returned to the manufacturer with a valid receipt for assessment, repair, replacement, or substitution.
