"Great head. Flexible for faceoffs but seems to return to original shape faster than others. Not just for FOGO. Been using it at mid and other than being a bit soft for defending, it works well with good hold when strung correctly. Shoots consistently as well."

Best FO head on the market

"This head does everything the other heads do, except it doesn't key-hole and warp. It is pliable from the factory, so the break in period is almost immediate and you can get the benefit a key-holed stick gives you without the disadvantages. Anyone who has broken in a new stick knows that its tough on your wrists and elbows until the head starts to break in. This head is pliable from the start, so its much easier on your wrists and elbows when you swap out your head. Also, the ball doesn't start getting stuck 5 FOs after it breaks in perfectly, like the CEOs and previous Burns because this head doesn't key-hole much, which also means the measurements will not get you a 3 minute penalty once the head breaks in. I coach FO and my son plays for a D1 program. He used this head for his last 5 games of the 2023 season and all summer for FO training and games so far, and it still looks and performs like its brand new. tip: don't leave it in your car in the heat. It gets way to flimsy, but the good news is that it will go back to its original rigidity after it cools off."

"pretty good the only problem is that this doesn't wrap at all which might be good for some fogos but others are used to mark2fs and ceos that get pinched and turn into an almost spoon like shape."

Hi Steve, No, the throat plug is in the head for increased stability and strength. This head will only work with hollow shafts. Hope this helps!
