Please allow 3-5 business days for processing on all custom helmets, heads, gloves, and apparel. Once a custom order is in process we are unable to cancel at this time.

Lacrosse Unlimited offers free ground shipping on all orders over $99.00 (after discounts with subtotal excluding shipping & tax) available to orders placed online only (excludes bulk/oversized items and team store micro-sites). Orders need to be $99 or above after discount(s) to receive free shipping.  

Bulk/Oversized items will incur an additional shipping charge during checkout.

All expedited orders need to be placed before 9:30 AM EST to be shipped that day.  Orders will not be delivered on weekends.

Allow 24+ hours for online orders to ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and weekend orders to process the next available business day.  

Based on stock availability orders may partially ship from our warehouse and/or one of our store locations. We do this to ensure you get your orders quickly. If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive an email notification for each order with separate FedEx tracking.

Military APO addresses have unique transportation requirements. Please allow extra handling and delivery time. Transit times vary between 30-45 days.

All in-transit orders needing an address change will be charged a FedEx re-routing fee of $15.00 to correct address. Please be sure the shipping address is correct.

Lacrosse Unlimited now ships to Canada via FedEx International! Orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method. We do not ship to international PO Boxes. All customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Shipping costs cover transportation only; additional charges will be collected by customs or the carrier before final delivery. Please note that only select products are available for Canadian shipping. All Canadian orders are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
