Chris Gray

When you're talking Lacrosse, it isn't too long before you'll hear the name Chris Gray. Chris Gray has the lacrosse world in the palm of his hands entering his final season at the University of North Carolina. Starting out at Boston University in 2018, it didn't take long for the Lacrosse world to learn the name Chris Gray. In his freshman year Gray broke the program record for both assists in a season with 40 and points in a season with 71. He tallied 31 goals in seventeen games and had 5 hat tricks. Gray was named to the Tewaaraton Watch List and was one of only three freshman named an Inside Lacrosse All American, earning honorable mention status.

After an electrifying rookie season, Gray continued to impress the lacrosse world his Sophomore season at Boston University. He led the NCAA with a Patriot League Record 111 points, tallying 49 goals and 62 assists. Gray was named a Tewaaraton Award Nominee and once again received All-American honors. After his Sophomore season Gray was on the move and ready to join the legendary University of North Carolina Lacrosse Program. After a short season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Gray was named to the Tewaaraton Watch List and granted an extra year of eligibility to tear it up on the Lacrosse field.

Last year while Gray was a Tar Heel, he was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Year, a finalist for the Tewaarton Award, a finalist for the Senior CLASS Award, the recipient of the ACC Weaver James-Corrigan Postgraduate Scholarship, and set the UNC record for points in a season with 91 points. (49g, 42 a). Gray enters his senior season at UNC looking to add National Champion to his very impressive resume. Gray's leadership qualities and unparalleled lacrosse talent make him stand out among the rest and will make him a great addition to the Lacrosse Unlimited Team.
