Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment during their assigned shifts. This role involves opening and closing the store, supervising sales associates, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring store cleanliness and merchandising standards are met.

Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate sales associates during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
