McCabe Millon is someone you do not want to see on your opponents sideline. He has a tremendous lax IQ and it shows in his play. He comes from a well-known and established lacrosse family, but that is not why he’s the best in his class: A rare and elite finishing ability compounded with the speed and ability to blow by and dodge defenders elevates him above the rest of his class. The Duke bound attackman makes everyone around him better with his play, which is not only going to make this McDonogh team even more exciting, but is going to have Duke fans counting the days until Millon joins their roster.

Dom Pietramala- Attack, Boys Latin ‘22, North Carolina ‘26

Dom Pietramala is the lefty that everyone wants on their team. He can get topside and has a quick release to catch the defender and goalie off guard. He keeps his head up, ready to make that extra pass, but also has a great instinct and ability fire the ball into the back of the net. Watch out, the Tar Heel bound attackman is on his senior campaign and defenses should be scared.

Joey Terenzi- Midfield, Manhasset  ‘22, Virginia ‘26

Terenzi is one of the best midfielders in his class, and it is very evident why. He’s got great stick skills, quick footwork, and a hard shot to save. He can take you on in any spot of the field, and will use that speed and footwork to gain an advantageous shooting position. Then your goalie is left with slim to no chance to save his shot. Manhasset suffered a heart breaking loss in the state championship last year, so watch out for Joey Terenzi and Manhasset as they look to make a statement this year.

Charlie Johnson- Defense, Brunswick School ‘22, Duke ‘26

Good luck if you are up against Charlie Johnson, you are going to need it. The 6’1”, 200 pound defender is no joke. He has got the size, speed, footwork, and tenacity you want from a defender. If you have the ball, he is going to be all over you, trying to cause that turnover and get the ball to his team. Johnson will find a way to shut down nearly any player, whether it is with quick footwork and physicality, or finesse and some filthy take away checks. Charlie Johnson will be a great addition to the Duke defense.

Owen Duffy- Attack, St. Anthony’s ‘23, North Carolina ‘27

Owen Duffy came in hot to the lacrosse recruiting world. He had a great sophomore season playing on varsity, putting up 49 points in just 11 games. He’s got the stick skills and creativity to score by any means possible. He can score dodging from anywhere on the field, or cutting off ball for a wide open goal. Duffy was a big piece in the St. Anthony’s offense and is looking to do even more this upcoming season, so be sure to keep an eye on him as he goes into his junior year.
