1. Wall Ball

One of the EASIEST ways to improve your game includes just yourself, your lax gear and a wall. Wall Ball is one of the oldest, and still most beneficial lacrosse training exercises. Wall Ball is perfect for any lax player whether they are in the Pros or just picking up a stick for the first time. There are an endless possibilities of Wall Ball routines you can use to improve your game. We recommend 50 Passes righty, 5 feet from the wall, 50 passes lefty, 5 feet from the wall, 50 passes righty, 8-10 feet away from the wall and then 50 passes lefty, 8-10 feet from the wall. Spending 20-30 minutes completing this exercise each day will be sure to improve your game in just a few short weeks. 2. Speed & Agility
 

Believe it or not, one of the best ways to improve your Lacrosse Game is to put down the stick, lace up the cleats, grab some speed ladders and cones and head to the field. Fast Footwork is one of the most important qualities a Lacrosse Player can have, and a quality that can be easily improved with a little Speed and Agility training. Jumping Rope is a quick and easy exercise to build footspeed. Speed Ladders can be used to improve footwork and work on vertical speed as well as horizontal speed, such as shuffling which is equivalent to sliding in lacrosse. By improving your footwork, speed and agility, you will become a FASTER more EXPLOSIVE lacrosse player and more of a threat when you step on the field.

3. Recovery
